How are your T-shirts made?

Our T-shirts are printed on demand using innovative printing techniques: each piece is printed for you after you place your order.

How do I choose my size?

Check our size guide (measurements in centimeters, taken flat). For a fitted look, choose your usual size. For an oversized style, take one size up.

Can I change or cancel my order?

You can request the cancellation or removal of items from your order until it has been shipped. Contact us as soon as possible.

Delivery

When is my order shipped?

Unless otherwise stated on the website, orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as it has been shipped, if the delivery method allows.

How much does delivery cost and how long does it take?

In France, Colissimo delivery with tracking costs €6.90, with an estimated delivery time of 3 to 5 business days after shipping. Within the European Union, Colissimo delivery with tracking is also available for €6.90, within 3 to 5 business days. For other destinations and order amounts, the options and their prices are displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates. All the details can be found on our Delivery Times & Fees page.

Returns and exchanges

Can I return an item?

You can request a return within 14 days of delivery. The item must be in its original condition: unworn, with its tags and in its packaging. Start your request from your customer account. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, and packages returned without a prior request will not be accepted. All the details are in our refund policy.

My item is defective or it's not the right one. What should I do?

Check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or does not match your order.
