Order Preparation
Unless otherwise stated, orders are processed within 1 business day, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after noon, on weekends, or on public holidays may begin processing on the next business day.
Delivery in France
EU Flat Rate Option β Standard Delivery:
Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the destination country.
The rate may vary depending on your delivery address. The exact amount is displayed at checkout, before you confirm your order.
The Colissimo option β with tracking is available for β¬6.90 for orders, when it is available for your cart and address.
The estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 business days after shipping. This time is in addition to your order preparation time.
For other order amounts or shipping methods, the applicable options and costs are displayed at checkout.
Delivery within the European Union

The available shipping costs and options are displayed at checkout based on your destination and order.
Final Cost
Before confirming your order, check the delivery methods and their prices on the checkout page. The amount displayed for the selected option is the one applied to your order.
Track Your Package
After shipping, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link, if the chosen shipping method allows it. Tracking information may take a little time to update.
